FM Capital is a Hollywood, Florida-based investment firm that sources, acquires, manages, and disposes of equity and debt assets across the commercial real estate and transportation technology sectors. The firm focuses on direct lending, debt acquisitions, and equity investments in undervalued multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties located throughout the United States. Operating with a dedicated team of 33 employees, the organization currently manages approximately $500 million in real estate assets and generates an estimated $4 million in annual revenue. The firm has closed over $15 billion in total commercial transactions and expanded its investment strategy by raising a $40 million auto-tech fund and a subsequent $150 million mobility fund managed by key executives including Avi Eyal and Mark Norman. FM Capital was originally founded in the year 2007 by entrepreneur Tony Rimas.
