Rishi Ratan

Rishi Ratan is an Early Stage VC at Rough Draft Ventures, where he focuses on deep-tech and Web3 investments. Prior to joining Rough Draft Ventures, Ratan served as an Associate at In-Q-Tel from 2020 to 2021 and spent five years at Microsoft, advancing from a Hardware Design Engineer to a Corporate Strategy Manager between 2014 and 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
