Flow Ventures

Flow Ventures is a Toronto, Ontario-based financial advisory firm that helps Canadian companies secure innovation and growth funding through Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credits, government grants, loans, and venture capital. The firm currently operates with a team of approximately 10 to 13 employees and generates an estimated $600,000 in annual revenue. In 2023, the organization rebranded to Flow and integrated with the startup funding platform Hockeystick to expand its advisory services beyond traditional tax recovery into comprehensive back-office administration and strategic network connections. Over an operating history spanning more than 17 years, the firm and partner Peter Bailey have assisted hundreds of early-stage startups and innovative companies in the financial services sector in raising millions of dollars in seed funding and growth equity.
