Zoe Perret

Zoe Perret is a Principal at Initialized Capital based in the United States, where she focuses on seed-stage investments across generalized AI, energy solutions, and frontier technology. Joining the firm in 2019 as one of its first operations hires, she previously served as Head of Strategic Operations and has managed over 60 fundraises for portfolio companies since January 2021. Before her tenure at Initialized Capital, Perret worked in capital formation and strategic partnerships at BlackRock and founded the financial education startup Advizoz. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, completed climate science training through Terra.do, and currently serves as a Director on the board of HousingPlus. Her current focus centers on supporting early-stage founders through operational scaling and talent development, having conducted nearly 150 candidate interviews over the past year.
