Yoni Assia

Yoni Assia is the Managing Partner at Victory Park Angels and an active early-stage technology investor based in Tel Aviv, Israel. He previously co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of eToro from 2007 to 2020, scaling the multi-asset brokerage platform to over 30 million users and a $3.5 billion valuation. Through his family office, Assia has executed more than 20 startup investments, holding early stakes in prominent blockchain and financial technology developers such as StarkWare. He has continued to expand his investment portfolio recently, joining the board of directors at a carbon tokenization platform in 2024 and participating in an expansion funding round for Chainlink Labs in early 2025. An alumnus of Reichman University, Assia currently directs his primary investment focus toward emerging financial technologies, decentralized finance protocols, and scalable Web3 infrastructure.
