Yasmin Lukatz is an Israeli-born entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley who currently leads a $21 million venture fund connected to ICON, the nonprofit organization she founded. After moving to the United States in her 30s to attend Stanford Business School, she built a diverse career spanning both early-stage technology startups and major corporate enterprises. As the chief executive of ICON, she successfully bridged the Israeli and American tech sectors by hosting prominent leaders from YouTube, Uber, LinkedIn, Oracle, Twitter, and Palo Alto Networks. In 2021, Lukatz partnered with Oren Zeev to launch the organization's venture vehicle, which invests in unique tech ecosystem opportunities and recycles profits back into the community. She officially stepped down as ICON's CEO in 2026, transitioning leadership to her successor, Topaz, to focus entirely on managing this community-driven venture investment fund.
