Yael Schiff

Yael Schiff is a Vice President at Bessemer Venture Partners based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where she focuses on Seed and Series A investments across Europe and Israel. In her current role, she targets early-stage technology companies operating within the B2B software, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure sectors. Schiff actively manages investments and works closely with at least seven portfolio companies, including Appwrite, Astrix, Legit, Preql, Sentra, Skippr, and Torq. Before joining the venture capital firm in 2021, she served as the General Manager and Director of Expansion at Via Transportation and worked as a management consultant at McKinsey and Company. Equipped with a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and an industrial engineering degree from Tel Aviv University, she focuses her career on scaling enterprise software and guiding global security infrastructure initiatives.
