Xiaojun Li is currently a Partner at IDG Capital Partners, an investment firm where he directs venture capital toward emerging early-stage technology startups. Prior to his transition into the institutional venture capital sector, he established a technical foundation by working as a Design Engineer at Broadcom. Building upon his corporate engineering experience, Li subsequently entered the entrepreneurial space by founding the hardware company Silicon Craft in January 2001. During his tenure leading this startup, he cultivated operational expertise in product development and the structural challenges associated with scaling early-stage technology enterprises. His career trajectory ultimately shifted from hands-on hardware development to strategic financial allocation within the broader technology ecosystem.
