Wayne Crosby

Wayne Crosby is the Founder and CEO of OrgOrg, a Y Combinator-backed organizational productivity suite, and serves as a Visiting Group Partner at Y Combinator. He previously co-founded Zenter during the YC Summer 2007 batch, an enterprise presentation software company which was subsequently acquired by Google and integrated as Google Slides. Crosby spent ten years at Google, where he contributed to the development of GSuite, Sign-In with Google, and Applied Machine Intelligence. Following his departure from the company, he co-founded Humu, a behavioral change technology startup that was acquired by Perceptyx in 2023. His earlier career includes technical roles at Amazon and GoDaddy, contributing to a proven track record of building and scaling workplace tools. Crosby currently focuses on developing organizational productivity software and advising early-stage technology startups through his ongoing executive leadership roles.
