VIVEK SUBRAMANIAN

Vivek Subramanian is the Partner and Chief Product Officer at Goodwater Capital, currently based in Burlingame, California. Before joining the venture capital firm in 2020, he spent over twenty years in technology operations, serving as Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering at Sonder Inc. and Head of Product at Coupang, following a six-year tenure at Oracle Corporation. In his current capacity, he leverages his extensive product management and engineering expertise to scale venture-backed consumer technology companies, holding board and investor roles at multiple startups including Weee!, Teachmint, and Zepto. He earned a Master of Business Administration from UC Berkeley, alongside computer science degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and BITS Pilani. Throughout his career, Subramanian has focused on consumer tech, commerce, and edtech, bridging his deep operational experience with strong investment acumen.
