Tom McInerney is the Managing Partner at Footwork VC, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. Since joining the firm in March 2024, he has helped manage over $100 million in assets under management, focusing on enterprise software, fintech, and developer tools. Previously, McInerney served as a Partner at Golden Ventures from 2018 to 2022 and held roles at Primary Venture Partners, Boxed.com as Vice President of Finance and Operations, and Goldman Sachs. His investment portfolio includes more than 20 technology companies, featuring notable startups such as Attentive, Render, and Mach, which was acquired by Intuit in 2023. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and recently led a Series A investment in Paubox in January 2025.
