Tobias Tschoetsch

Tobias Tschoetsch is a Partner at Signals.VC based in Berlin, Germany, where he currently invests in pre-seed and seed-stage technology startups across the European market. Prior to joining the venture firm in 2023, he served as a Principal at Point Nine Capital and completed his studies in business administration at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. Over the course of his investment career, Tschoetsch has financially backed more than 30 early-stage companies, which includes involvement with successful exits for prominent software enterprises like Personio. In his current capacity, he recently led a major funding round for the artificial intelligence and language translation startup DeepL in 2024. Tschoetsch maintains a primary investment focus on supporting early-stage founders who are building scalable enterprise solutions across the B2B SaaS, developer tools, fintech, and climate technology sectors.
