THIBAUD ELZIERE

Thibaud Elziere is the Founder and Senior Partner at Hexa, an established European startup studio focused on launching B2B software companies. Prior to establishing his current firm, he co-founded the stock photography platform Fotolia after being dismissed from his first job, scaling the business until it was ultimately acquired by Adobe. In 2011, Elziere partnered with Quentin Nickmans to launch the startup studio eFounders, which later rebranded as Hexa and has since built over 40 independent technology companies. Through this venture builder model, he utilized operational challenges experienced at Fotolia to conceptualize and launch several notable enterprise software startups, including the unicorn companies Aircall, Front, and Spendesk. Today, his primary professional focus centers on the zero-to-one phase of entrepreneurship, actively scouting for visionary founders and pitching them internally generated ideas to develop into standalone businesses.
