SUHIT GUPTA

Suhit Gupta is the CEO of Kognitos, an artificial intelligence enterprise automation platform, based in New York City, New York. Before leading Kognitos, which has secured over $30 million in funding from investors including Tiger Global, he co-founded and served as the CEO of Quantifeye until its acquisition by Shutterstock in 2016. Following this acquisition, Gupta transitioned to Shutterstock as the Head of Data Science, where he applied his technical expertise in computer vision and machine learning to scale commercial data analytics platforms. He holds a PhD, M.Phil, and MS in Computer Science from Columbia University and has published peer-reviewed research at top artificial intelligence conferences such as NeurIPS and CVPR. Currently advising an AI startup cohort at Techstars NY, Gupta focuses on bridging academic machine learning research with scalable enterprise automation solutions.
