Steven Lamont

Steven Lamont is currently a Managing Partner at Lamont Capital Management based in San Francisco, California. Previously, he served as Vice President of Product Management at Google, overseeing a global portfolio of enterprise cloud software applications that generated approximately $1.2 billion in annual recurring revenue. Before his executive tenure at Google, Lamont spent eight years as a Principal at Sequoia Capital, leading Series A and Series B funding rounds for more than fifteen enterprise SaaS startups. He began his professional career as a strategic management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 technology clients immediately after earning his Master of Business Administration from Stanford University. Lamont currently focuses on providing growth equity, operational guidance, and strategic advisory services to emerging technology companies scaling past their initial $10 million revenue milestones.
