STEPH KOREY

Steph Korey is the Co-Founder of Charmspring and an early-stage investor based in New York City, New York. She previously co-founded the direct-to-consumer luggage brand Away in 2015, serving as its Chief Executive Officer until 2020. During her tenure, she guided the company to a $1.4 billion valuation backed by over $100 million in venture funding. Prior to launching Away, she worked as the Head of Supply Chain at Warby Parker, advised on merchandise strategy as a consultant for Casper, and started her career as an assistant buyer at Kate Spade. Her academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations. In her current capacity, Korey primarily focuses on building new consumer ventures and investing in early-stage direct-to-consumer brands that require complex supply chain operations.
