Sofia Guerra

Sofia Guerra is a Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners based in Cambridge, where she invests in seed to growth-stage healthcare and life sciences companies. Before her 2025 promotion, she worked as a consultant at Bain and Company, served as an investor at BoxGroup Ventures, and co-founded the life sciences entrepreneurship program Nucleate. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Chemistry from Harvard University, having conducted drug delivery research alongside MIT's Bob Langer.
