SIQI CHEN

Siqi Chen is a General Partner at Susa Ventures based in San Francisco, California. In this executive role, she oversees the venture firm's investment strategy across multiple funds, managing over $300 million in assets under management and a portfolio of more than 100 companies. Under her leadership, Susa Ventures closed a $100 million third fund in 2024 and recently led a seed investment in the artificial intelligence startup Magical in March 2025. Prior to co-founding her current firm, Chen served as an early investor at Initialized Capital and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego. Her investment track record includes backing notable technology companies such as PagerDuty and Snyk, which reflects her ongoing focus on identifying early-stage founders in enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and financial technology.
