Shervin Pishevar

Shervin Pishevar is the co-founder and managing director of Sherpa Capital, a venture capital firm with $650 million under management, and the co-founder of Hyperloop One. Before launching Sherpa Capital, he served as a managing director at Menlo Ventures and founded several technology companies, including Webs.com, which Vistaprint acquired for $117.5 million. Across his 27-year career, Pishevar has completed more than 93 exits and backed prominent technology companies such as Uber, Airbnb, Slack, Warby Parker, and SpaceX. His early-stage investments have generated over $7 billion in total value and $3 billion in distributed profits, achieving an 88% internal rate of return. Additionally, he recently made a $375 million personal investment in Helion Energy's Series E funding round, while focusing his current strategy on consumer internet platforms and transformative emerging technologies presenting regulatory arbitrage opportunities.
