Sharin Fisher

Sharin Fisher is a Seed Investor at Tenzai based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where she allocates capital to early-stage and high-growth technology startups. Previously, she served as a Partner at Fort Ross Ventures from 2020 to 2023, leading end-to-end investments across the firm's $600 million in total managed assets, which included the firm's $235 million Fund II. Before entering the venture capital industry, Fisher spent nine years in Israel's elite Unit 8200 cyber-intelligence agency. During her military tenure, she co-founded and directed the 8200 EISP startup accelerator while leading the agency's primary cybersecurity training program. She subsequently gained operational and board experience in Silicon Valley under the mentorship of Dan Avida from Opus Capital. Her current investment focus leverages her intelligence background to identify high-growth opportunities in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, fintech, and cloud-based enterprise software.
