Shane Curran

Shane Curran is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Evervault, a technology company focused on data security and encryption infrastructure. Founded in 2019, Evervault provides application programming interfaces that allow developers to directly integrate encryption into their software, securing sensitive enterprise data against emerging threats. Curran established the company after winning the BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition, subsequently securing early financial backing from prominent venture capital firms including Sequoia Capital, Index Ventures, and Frontline Ventures. He was also selected as a Thiel Fellow, receiving a $100,000 grant from the Thiel Foundation to focus entirely on building his cybersecurity enterprise rather than pursuing a traditional university education. Curran currently focuses on expanding Evervault's suite of developer tools and scaling its SaaS infrastructure to address complex data privacy challenges across the broader global technology sector.
