Sebastian Knutsson

Sebastian Knutsson is the Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of King, as well as an active seed investor through Sweet Capital, based in the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan Area. At King, he spearheaded the development of Candy Crush Saga, a mobile gaming franchise that generated over 2.7 billion downloads and reached approximately 300 million users by late 2017. Before establishing King, he held executive roles across the European technology sector, serving as Creative Director at Razorfish, Senior Director at Lycos Europe, and Co-Founder of Spray Ventures. He holds an Economics degree from the Stockholm School of Economics, where he serves as Chairman of the SSE Business Lab advisory board. Drawing on over two decades of operational experience, his current focus centers on new product development in gaming and funding early-stage technology startups across the mobile industry.
