Scott Hartley

Scott Hartley is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Everywhere Ventures, a global early-stage venture capital firm. Alongside co-manager Jenny Fielding, he oversees $80 million in assets under management and directs $250,000 pre-seed investments across a portfolio of more than 350 startups worldwide. Throughout his fifteen-year investing career, the best-selling author has backed over 500 companies, including notable early investments in Headway, Ground, and Aerodome. Prior to launching his current fund, Hartley served as a partner at the $2 billion Sand Hill Road firm Mohr Davidow Ventures and co-founded Two Culture Capital. His earlier operational background includes product and operations roles at Google, Meta, and the White House, supported by academic degrees from Harvard and Stanford. Hartley currently focuses his investments on emerging technologies and big ideas within the financial services, healthcare, logistics, and climate sectors.
