Sam Corcos is the Managing Partner at Basecamp Ventures, an early-stage investment firm based in Miami, Florida. He previously served as the Head of Operations at Sweetgreen from 2011 to 2016, where he developed the operational playbook that scaled the restaurant chain from five to over fifty locations. Following his tenure at Sweetgreen, Corcos co-founded the metabolic health company Levels in 2020, serving as its Chief Executive Officer until mid-2024 and helping the business raise more than $100 million to reach a unicorn valuation. As an active angel investor and startup advisor, his personal portfolio includes early-stage consumer wellness and technology companies such as Whoop and Helium. The University of Pennsylvania graduate now directs his pre-seed and seed investments toward emerging startups operating at the intersection of health technology, consumer wellness, and human performance.
