Sam Bondy

Sam Bondy is a Vice President at Bessemer Venture Partners in San Francisco, focusing on early and growth-stage investments across cloud, artificial intelligence, vertical software, and infrastructure. He holds board involvement roles at portfolio companies including MaintainX, Productboard, Shopmonkey, Courier, and Rilla, while also contributing to thought leadership initiatives like "The Rule of X." Before joining Bessemer, Bondy worked in private equity at Harvest Partners in New York executing software and business services buyouts, and gained early-stage investing experience at Soma Capital. He began his professional career in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications investment banking group at J.P. Morgan, advising corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. Bondy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, graduating summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton after previously attending McGill University.
