RYAN SHANNON

Ryan Shannon is a Partner at Radical Ventures, where he currently leads the firm's growth strategy and manages investment sourcing and diligence for growth-stage technology and artificial intelligence enterprise companies. Before joining Radical Ventures, he worked as a private equity investor at TPG Capital in San Francisco, focusing primarily on leveraged buyouts, corporate carve-outs, and complex take-private transactions. Earlier in his career, Shannon served as an investment banker within the global financial sponsors group at Barclays in Los Angeles. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and earned an Honors Business Administration degree as an Ivey Scholar from the Ivey Business School at Western University. His professional background combines extensive transaction experience across North American investment banking and private equity with a current focus on scaling high-growth artificial intelligence ventures.
