Roy Bahat

Roy Bahat is a General Partner at Bloomberg Beta, an early-stage venture fund based in San Francisco, California, focusing on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and developer tools. Before this role, he served as Head of Bloomberg Ventures and Chief Product Officer at Kapor Capital, following product leadership positions at DoubleClick and Jawbone. He has directed over 20 early-stage investments, backing companies such as Amplitude, which completed its IPO in 2021, alongside unicorn startups Glean, Ironclad, and Replit. A frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review, he recently led Bloomberg Beta's 2024 investment in Replit and spoke at TechCrunch Disrupt 2023 regarding AI's impact on labor markets.
