Rosemary Leith is a London-based investor and Non-Executive Director at ICG, where she was appointed in 2021 to chair the Risk Committee. With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and principal investment, she notably co-founded the World Wide Web Foundation alongside Sir Tim Berners-Lee to expand digital access in underserved communities. Her previous governance experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director at HSBC UK and YouGov, completing two four-year terms as a Trustee of the National Gallery, and chairing a World Economic Forum global agenda council.
