ROLAND DENNERT

Roland Dennert is a Managing Partner at Cipio Partners based in Munich, Germany, where he has overseen new investments and portfolio management since 2005. He brings over 20 years of private equity and consulting experience to the firm, directing €5 million to €15 million check sizes into Series A and B enterprise software, SaaS, and data services companies. Before joining Cipio Partners, Dennert focused on technology and mid-market buyouts at 3i Group and worked as a strategy consultant for The Boston Consulting Group in Paris. His early career included a role as a robotics engineer in Japan, followed by earning an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master of Electrical Engineering degree. Dennert currently focuses on scaling European technology businesses across emerging sectors like artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and financial technology.
