Rob Bernshteyn

Rob Bernshteyn is the CEO of Coupa Software, a cloud-based spend management platform based in San Mateo, California. Under his executive leadership, the company scaled to over $400 million in annual recurring revenue before its 2018 initial public offering and was subsequently acquired by Thoma Bravo for $8 billion in 2022. Prior to his tenure at Coupa, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Workday from 2009 to 2015 and held various finance and corporate strategy roles at Right Hemisphere. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University at Albany and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Bernshteyn also joined the company's board following the 2022 acquisition, and his current focus remains on integrating artificial intelligence into enterprise procurement, SaaS platforms, and global finance operations.
