Reid Hoffman

Reid Hoffman is the Chairman of venture capital firm Village Global, the co-founder of Inflection AI, and a board member at Microsoft. He is best known as the co-founder and former executive chairman of LinkedIn, which he launched in December 2002 and guided to a 2011 initial public offering where his personal stake was valued at an estimated $2.34 billion. Following Microsoft's $26.2 billion cash acquisition of the professional networking platform in 2016, he joined the acquiring company's board of directors while continuing his tenure as a partner at Greylock Partners. Hoffman has increasingly directed his investments toward artificial intelligence, recently co-founding Manas AI and participating in public demonstrations utilizing OpenAI's GPT-4 technology.
