Rahul Varma

Rahul Varma is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Unschool, an education technology startup based in Hyderabad, India. Prior to establishing the company in 2019 alongside co-founder Narayanan S, he served in multiple executive capacities at AIESEC, a prominent international youth leadership organization, where he directly managed regional operations and corporate partnerships. Under his strategic direction, Unschool secured backing from Y Combinator as part of its Winter 2021 accelerator batch and subsequently expanded its alternative learning platform to serve over fifty thousand students nationwide. The venture gained early industry recognition when it was officially featured on the LinkedIn Top Startups list for India during the 2020 calendar year. Varma currently focuses on scaling enterprise operations and developing digital marketplace ecosystems that connect undergraduate students with industry experts for skill-based training and direct employment opportunities.
