Quan Zhou is the technical co-founder of Stellar, an AI-powered objective and key results platform that helps organizations translate strategy into measurable goals. He holds an engineering degree from Princeton and began his career developing systems for the trading technology team at Bridgewater. Zhou subsequently joined Affirm as a software engineer, where he contributed to the financial technology firm's core infrastructure and met his future Stellar co-founder, Angela. Prior to launching his current venture, he served as an early engineer at Pave, a human resources technology unicorn from the Y Combinator S20 cohort. During his tenure at Pave, Zhou was responsible for building the startup's foundational technology stack from the ground up. His current focus centers on engineering scalable infrastructure and building AI tools that improve team collaboration and effectiveness across the enterprise software sector.
