Przemyslaw Gacek

Przemyslaw Gacek is the founder and CEO of Grupa Pracuj, a Poland-based HR technology company operating recruitment platforms across Europe. Since launching the flagship job board Pracuj.pl in 2000, he has scaled the enterprise to approximately 1,100 employees across Poland, Ukraine, and the DACH region. Under his leadership, Grupa Pracuj completed a 1.1 billion PLN initial public offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in December 2021, achieving a market capitalization exceeding 5 billion PLN while facilitating an exit for the venture capital firm TCV. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw and completed a joint International Public Affairs program with Columbia University. Beyond his corporate leadership, Gacek focuses on early-stage technology investments as the co-founder of Hedgehog Fund and a key backer of Market One Capital.
