Przemek Gacek

Przemek Gacek is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grupa Pracuj, a human resources technology company based in Warsaw, Poland. Since establishing the enterprise in 2000, he has scaled the flagship platform, Pracuj.pl, into one of Central Europe's largest digital recruitment services, culminating in a 2021 initial public offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange that valued the firm at approximately $1 billion. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Gacek completed his education at the Warsaw School of Economics and the London School of Economics. Beyond his primary executive duties, he manages a portfolio of private investments and has served on the supervisory boards of regional entities, including the logistics firm Raben Group and the real estate developer Robyg. His current focus remains on expanding Grupa Pracuj's SaaS offerings and consolidating its market position across the European HR technology sector.
