Peter Kazanjy is a General Partner at Redpoint Ventures based in San Francisco, California. Before joining the firm in 2023, he served as the Founder and CEO of TalentJoy, a human resources technology startup that was acquired by Lever in 2016. Earlier in his career, he worked as an early sales leader at Pinterest from 2011 to 2013 and earned a degree in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. As an investor and go-to-market specialist, he has backed more than 20 companies, including a recent Q1 2025 investment in the artificial intelligence sales platform Ramp. He also authored the 2019 book "Founding Sales," which has been translated into five languages, and built an audience of over 50,000 followers on LinkedIn. Kazanjy currently focuses on seed and Series A investments across the B2B software, sales technology, and enterprise sectors.
