Noam Kaiser is a General Partner at TeClub based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Prior to his current position, he spent nearly five years as a Director at Intel Capital and served as a Venture Capital Business Development Manager at Amazon Web Services from 2016 to 2019. His earlier career includes founding his own technology startup and managing early-stage investments as a Principal at an Israeli venture fund, following his graduation with dual degrees in law and business management from The Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. Kaiser currently holds director or board observer seats at more than eight portfolio companies, participating in significant funding rounds such as the Series D for Overwolf and the Series B for DustPhotonics. With over 15 years of investment experience, his primary focus remains on supporting high-growth Israeli startups across the enterprise software, hardware, and gaming sectors.
