Neha Khera is the Managing Partner of Innovobot Resonance Ventures in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, where she leads the firm's early-stage deep tech investment fund. Prior to joining Innovobot in April 2025, she co-founded 500 Canada, where she directed 16 investments that included two unicorns and generated a 7x fund return alongside a 20x personal track record. Her venture capital career spans over a decade across the Canadian and United States markets, featuring previous investment roles at 2048 Ventures, 500 Startups, and MaRS IAF. Khera holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University. She currently focuses on scaling early-stage deep technology startups by managing deal flow, overseeing portfolio operations, and building operational infrastructure for venture capital funds.
