Naama Schlamm is a Vice President at Bessemer Venture Partners, where she focuses on venture capital investments in Israeli technology startups. Before joining the firm in 2019, she spent five years as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and served for eight years in an elite operations unit of the Israeli Air Force. She holds a law degree, graduating magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University, and later earned her Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. As an investor, Schlamm has helped lead Series A funding rounds for companies including Salto, StuffThatWorks, and Torq.io, alongside executing several undisclosed seed investments. She currently serves as a board observer for portfolio companies such as Ctera, Nym, Salto, and StuffThatWorks. Her current investment strategy centers on early-stage technology opportunities across SaaS, software infrastructure, digital health, and business operations.
