Moshe Lifschitz

Moshe Lifschitz is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Shrug Capital, a venture capital investment firm operating out of New York, New York. He officially established the investment vehicle in 2018 to provide strategic funding and capital allocation to a variety of emerging startup enterprises. Before launching his own fund, Lifschitz built his foundational knowledge in corporate finance and financial reporting through his academic pursuits at Yeshiva University. He earned his undergraduate degree with a dual concentration in Accounting and Finance from the institution's Sy Syms School of Business. As the primary decision-maker at Shrug Capital, he is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing the firm's portfolio. His current professional focus remains dedicated to scaling the firm while utilizing his specialized financial background to guide founders through their initial growth phases.
