Morgan Gerlak

Morgan Gerlak is a Partner at TCV in San Francisco, California, where he leads strategic investments across the enterprise technology and software sectors. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has directed capital from TCV's more than $20 billion in assets under management toward high-growth cybersecurity, software-as-a-service, and cloud infrastructure startups. His recent transaction history includes leading an investment in Snyk during its $8.5 billion valuation round in 2022 and participating in Devo's Series D funding in 2023. Prior to his current position, Gerlak held investment and financial roles at Battery Ventures and Goldman Sachs, and he earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
