Morgan Cheatham

Morgan Cheatham is a Vice President at Bessemer Venture Partners based in San Francisco, California, where she specializes in enterprise software and cloud infrastructure investments. Prior to her current position, she spent over a decade working in the venture capital and corporate finance sectors, holding analytical and investment roles at firms including Goldman Sachs. Throughout her venture capital career, Cheatham has executed more than twenty deals, backing prominent technology companies such as PagerDuty and Cockroach Labs. Following her promotion to Vice President in 2023, she recently led a funding round exceeding $100 million for a cybersecurity startup in the first quarter of 2025 while also speaking at the SaaStr Annual conference. The Duke University graduate currently maintains a primary investment focus on identifying and scaling early-stage companies across the artificial intelligence, machine learning, and developer tools sectors.
