Her background includes extensive experience in early-stage venture capital, having served as a Principal at Bloomberg Beta where she focused on machine learning and robotics investments. Additionally, Kim operated as a Venture Partner at Ridge Ventures, concentrating on enterprise software and developer tools, and worked as a Partner at the On Deck global accelerator. Active in the technology ecosystem since 2014, her current professional focus centers on supporting ambitious founders by bridging the critical gap between venture capital investment and specialized immigration infrastructure.
