Matt Macinnis

Matt MacInnis is the Chief Operating Officer at Rippling, where he currently oversees global business operations for the technology company. Before joining Rippling in May 2019, he spent nearly a decade as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inkling, a mobile learning platform that he directed from 2009 until 2018. Earlier in his career, MacInnis worked at Apple for seven years, holding multiple leadership positions including Senior Manager of International Education Markets from 2008 to 2009, Manager of Business Development for Asia from 2006 to 2008, and Marketing Manager for Education from 2002 to 2006. He earned an AB in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Harvard University. His professional background centers on scaling complex business operations, driving product development, and advancing education technology across both high-growth enterprise startups and established consumer markets.
