MARTIN WEBER

Martin Weber is a Founding Partner at HV Capital based in Southern Germany. After graduating with honors in Business Administration from a university in Nuremberg, he began his professional career in 1994 as an Investment Manager at Bayerische KBG. He subsequently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Netlife AG, where he successfully led the technology company's initial public offering in 1999. Since joining HV Capital in 2000 and helping transform the firm into a partnership in 2010, Weber has steered fund strategy, managed investor relations, and executed over 100 investment deals. His venture capital portfolio includes early backing for major technology and digital innovation companies such as Groupon, Delivery Hero, and Lazada. Today, his primary focus remains on guiding capital-raising efforts and supporting entrepreneurs scaling online and software businesses across the global market.
