Martin Schrimpff

Martin Schrimpff is an entrepreneur and investor currently serving as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kocomo, a property technology startup based in Mexico City, Mexico. Under his executive leadership, Kocomo successfully secured an initial round of seed funding on August 1, 2021, to expand its co-ownership vacation property model across international markets. Prior to his current real estate venture, Schrimpff established himself in the Latin American technology ecosystem by co-founding Pagosonline, which was later acquired and rebranded as PayU Latam, a major regional payment gateway. He subsequently co-founded Zinobe, a prominent Colombian financial technology company focused on digital lending, and has operated as an active angel investor backing numerous regional startups. His ongoing professional focus centers on leveraging technology to scale innovative financial and real estate platforms across emerging markets in Latin America.
