Marco DeMiroz

Marco DeMiroz is the Co-founder and General Partner of The Venture Reality Fund, an early-stage investment firm based in Redwood City, California. Before establishing the firm in 2016, he served as a Managing Director at Evolution Media Capital, an investment entity associated with TPG Capital. He previously held the position of President and CEO at PlayFirst, leading the gaming company until its 2014 acquisition by Electronic Arts. He now oversees investments from his firm's second fund after directing Fund I, which backed 42 companies and participated in funding rounds like a $10 million Series A for Obsess. His technical background includes robotics research at NASA, alongside advanced degrees from Stanford University and Carnegie Mellon University. DeMiroz currently focuses on early-stage venture capital investments across the artificial intelligence, blockchain, and extended reality sectors.
