Marc Rayfield

Marc Rayfield is the Managing Partner at Cosmic Broadcasting Systems, based in New York City. Before assuming his current position in 2024, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of CBS Ventures and held executive leadership roles at CBS Interactive. During his tenure at CBS Ventures, Rayfield directed venture capital operations and led investments across a portfolio of more than 20 early-stage technology companies. He holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in journalism. In his current capacity, he announced a new investment fund dedicated to adtech startups in March 2026 and presented on artificial intelligence applications in media at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025. Rayfield currently focuses on scaling digital media enterprises and funding emerging technologies that bridge traditional broadcasting with modern digital innovation.
