Josh Lampen

Josh Lampen is currently the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Cartage, an early-stage technology startup. He previously served as a founding engineer on the platform team at Rose Rocket, a trucking enterprise resource planning company from the Y Combinator Summer 2016 batch, where he led the development of its initial workflow engine. Before his engineering tenure at Rose Rocket, Lampen worked as a software engineer at Together, a Y Combinator Summer 2019 alumni company, following an earlier professional career in management consulting. Prior to his transition into the software engineering sector, he was a competitive athlete who played water polo at the international level for the Canada National Team. Lampen's technical background combines early-stage startup experience with a current focus on building scalable workflow infrastructure and platform architecture for business-to-business software and logistics applications.
