Joseph Lee

Joseph Lee is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Syncly, an artificial intelligence-powered customer intelligence platform based in San Francisco, California. Prior to establishing his current venture, he worked in product management at Sendbird, where he developed expertise in business-to-business software and application programming interfaces, and he previously founded the Global Health Investment Corporation. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, graduating with the class of 2021. Under his leadership, Syncly participated in the highly competitive Winter 2023 batch of the Y Combinator accelerator program and subsequently executed multiple product launches, including a specialized artificial intelligence social listening platform in early 2025. Lee currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to help fast-growing enterprise software companies extract actionable product insights from customer feedback, communication channels, and broader social interactions.
